Since its inception, Groupe IGS has made inclusion a major priority in all of its activities. Its Career Placement and Inclusion division is open to all individuals who want to build a better future, whatever their background or current situation may be, whether they are continuing their education, transitioning careers, or seeking employment.
The Career Placement and Inclusion division is dedicated to helping all individuals build their own path to employment by making programs accessible to those forgotten groups who are often the farthest removed from the job market: young people, adults, seniors, executives, employees, and the disabled.

Hand'IGS, Groupe IGS's Disability Initiative
True to its values, Groupe IGS has sought to improve and promote employment opportunities for the disabled since the 1990s. The group's Disability Initiative was created in 2008 to formalize the various actions in place to provide support for students and address their specific needs, in terms of both physical disabilities and mental health issues, in all of our educational and career placement programs.
