The Groupe IGS Lyon campus
The HEP-René Cassin campus in Lyon, opened in 2004, groups together 24 schools including 10 establishments from the Groupe IGS, and welcomes more than 6,000 students ranging in age from undergraduates to doctoral students.
The campus, spread out over more than 22,000 m2, has two modern buildings adapted to the needs of students and professionals that utilize it.
The René Cassin Campus, in addition to pooling together modern pedagogical methods, also has a rich campus life filled with numerous cultural, student, artistic and athletic events.
The Lyon campus is equipped with a 300-seat amphitheater, 110 classrooms with modern equipment and 800 computer stations. Lastly, the learning lab, an ecosystem for experimentation and innovation, makes it possible for students to discover new high-tech tools and work together as a team.
The campus has 3 incubators in order to assist student entrepreneurs in their projects and first steps as well as draw inspiration from other young people who, like them, are starting out on the entrepreneurial adventure.
The campus library, with more than 400 m2, gives access to numerous databases and has more than 250 press publications and 11,000 works! The remotely accessible resource portal facilitates the consultation of the library’s vast collection.
The cafeteria and the other many relaxation spaces on campus make it possible for everyone to find a comfortable place to pleasantly exchange with the teaching staff as well as the other 6,000 students on campus.
