Travel internationally

We have developed a unique and extensive network of partner universities and companies throughout the entire world. Thanks to this network, our students are able to spend one or several semesters studying abroad, which can be incorporated into their academic program and, in certain cases, lead to a dual degree. Their international experience can also take the shape of an internship abroad.

Travel Internationally

Study Abroad

For many years, we have been committed to developing European programs through ERASMUS, now known as ERASMUS+, which fosters student mobility in Europe and abroad for study periods or internships. In addition to university exchanges, each year many students also receive mobility grants during their semester studying abroad.

Student exchange programs and international opportunities

Our schools have developed an impressive program offering with an international focus. From the first year to the last, our students have an opportunity to participate in exchange programs or study abroad programs. We have over a hundred foreign partner universities that welcome our students each year for programs lasting from a few weeks to an entire year.

Some of our partner countries include:

Albania, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chili, China, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Emirates, England, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, India, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Morocco, the Netherlands, Poland,
Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia,
United States, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vietnam

Exceptional international experiences

We offer students a chance to participate in innovative international programs that not only build skills in languages and adaptability, but that are also an opportunity to experience something truly exceptional.

Intercultural Management Semester

Intercultural Management Semester

Each year, the SMI program allows students to experience a semester traveling between Asia and North America. The program offers seminars and conferences with professionals; courses in prestigious international universities like Fudan University in China, the Université de Quebec in Montreal, and the Diplomatic Academy in Vietnam; and an unforgettable intercultural experience.

The Kick-off

The Kick-off

This one-week, pre-term seminar is organized by ICD Business School at an international location and offers new students an opportunity to become acquainted with the international focus of the school's programs. This seminar is a chance for them to discover foreign cultures and lifestyles and to start developing an open-minded attitude and an ability to adapt.

International internships

We are partners with some 10,000 companies, many of which are active on an international scale. Students can leverage this opportunity to travel abroad for their internships and discover a new work culture, develop their intercultural communication skills, and start building an international resume. Our career services departments provide support to our students by organizing workshops and corporate networking events, as well as by posting internship offers abroad.

Improve foreign language skills

In addition to mandatory courses in English, our course offering also includes many electives in English to allow students an opportunity to perfect their abilities in English, the mastery of which is required today by almost all recruiters.

We strongly believe that fluency in several languages is essential to the development of an international career. As a consequence, and in addition to studying English, all our students can also take courses, depending on their campus, in a wide range of other foreign languages, including among others, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic, and Russian.

Travel abroad to:

  • Improve knowledge of foreign languages
  • Learn about a new culture, a new approach to learning, and other ways of living and working
  • Develop interpersonal skills
  • Become more independent and learn to take initiatives
  • Build self-confidence and identify what you do well and what you need to improve
  • Expand your international network and broaden your opportunities
  • Increase your employability in the French and international job markets

Mona

Because we believe so strongly in the importance of international exposure for all students, we joined the MONA project in June 2022 to develop mobility opportunities for our students enrolled in work-study programs.

The MONA project is an international mobility program specifically designed for work-study students in France. The project is sponsored by the French Erasmus+ Agency, the Euro App Mobility association, and the French state-owned Caisse des Dépôts financial institution.

Mona

Thanks to the MONA project, our work-study students have access to mobility opportunities partially paid for by their IGS CFA training center and their employer's OPCO agency. The project aims at improving mobility for work-study students in Europe.

The objective is to enable them to develop professional expertise and language skills, learn about a new culture, and strengthen their employability.

The key features of the MONA mobility project include:

  • The mobility period is 2 months minimum
  • Mobility can be for studies, for an internship, or for a combination of both
  • Mobility can take place in Europe, but also elsewhere in the world
